Turns out, breathing (that thing we do all day without thinking) is actually the ultimate performance hack. No, really. A few deep breaths can reset your nervous system, boost focus, and—best part—keep you from accidentally replying to an email with "Best regards, I quit."

So here’s your reminder: wellness isn’t just about green smoothies and 5 AM workouts. It’s also about pausing. About giving your brain a second to load. About choosing air over overwhelm.

Because if you don’t take time to breathe, life will hit Ctrl+Alt+Delete for you. 😵‍💫💨
