Before taking on executive appointments in Europe and the US, Ben and David worked with PwC’s Executive Search & Interim Management Practice in Australia and the UK.
Our team is structured with Partners, Managing Consultants, and Executive Researchers who collaboratively manage client search assignments, specializing exclusively in HR leadership functions.
With New York, London, and Sydney, locations, we provide global executive search solutions across the European, US, and Asia Pacific regions.
David Bell

David Bell is an experienced talent leader specializing in executive search for HR leadership roles. As a Partner at Benjamin Andrews, he advises global organizations on securing top-tier HR talent and shaping executive-level talent strategies.
Previously, David was a key member of the HR leadership team and led Global Talent Acquisition at IDEXX (NASDAQ: IDXX). He also served as Head of HR & Talent Acquisition at Vodafone and was the Regional Head of Talent for Asia Pacific at DXC Technology (formerly CSC).
Earlier in his career, David worked for PwC’s Practice for Interim Management & Executive Search, where he built the practice and delivered strategic talent solutions for multinational companies.
David’s extensive experience spans FTSE 100 companies, NASDAQ-listed firms, and global organizations across sectors including consumer goods, telecommunications, and biotechnology. He is widely recognized for his deep understanding of talent dynamics and his ability to create leadership pipelines that align with business succession strategies.

Ben Dodd is a recognised leader in global talent acquisition, specialising in executive search for HR leadership. As a Partner at Benjamin Andrews, he works with senior executives to secure exceptional HR leaders who drive business transformation.
Before joining Benjamin Andrews, Ben was PwC’s Practice Lead for Interim Management & Executive Search, helping clients implement strategic talent initiatives. His background also includes global roles with SAB Miller, Equinix, and IDEXX Laboratories, where he led talent initiatives to support business growth.
Ben’s experience with NASDAQ-listed companies, FTSE 100 firms, and Big 4 accounting firms gives him deep insight into the HR leadership function. He is known for delivering high-calibre talent that aligns with organisational goals and drives long-term success.
